I really enjoyed the tutorial. Very good insight and suggestions for things I didn’t think of. However, I did get a little confused with the slicing thing as well. One, because I am using my own template while reading this tutorial, and two, because I went with a bigger size image as well as no gradient.

If you have any suggestions on how I would go about accomplishing the same result while using no gradient, that would be wonderful (even though I probably don’t need to splice it since there is not gradient).

Am really excited to start working the front end of the design process..ive been a dev for some time, and though I’m pretty well versed at HTML/CSS, however typically am the recipient of the design turned into HTML.

Where can I get all the supporting files for this tutorial?
